Aam Kuccha by Madhu Varma
Ingredients
- Raw Mango- ½ Kg, grated
- Dry Yellow Mustard Seeds – 75 gms, ground
- Red Chilli Flakes – 35 gms
- Turmeric Powder- 15 gms
- Kalonji- 3/4Teaspoon
- Ajwain- 3/4 Teaspoon
- Methi Seeds-1/2Teaspoon, roasted dry and powdered
- Hing- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Kala Chana- ½ Cup,soaked overnight and water drained .
- Mustard Oil- 1/2 Cup
- Salt- to taste
Method
Mix all the above ingredients in a jar . Cover it with thin muslin cloth and keep it in the sun for two or three days for it to mature.
