Chocolate Pudding

Chocolate Pudding by Just Manners


  1. Milk – 1 litre
  2. Corn Flour – 14 Tablespoons
  3. Sugar – 20 tablespoons
  4. Cocoa Powder – 8 Tablespoons
  5. Instant Coffee Powder – 4 Teaspoons


Sift the cocoa coffee and cornflour together. Mix with the sugar. Then stir in the milk. Mix in a liquidizer for a few seconds. Pour into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring all the time. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes till it thickens, then remove from flame. Pour into a bowl and put into the fridge to set.

Before serving lightly run a knife down the side of the bowl and turn into a platter. Serve with sweetened cream.
