Flambe Bananas by Lisa Anand
Ingredients
- Bananas – 10, cut into 2 pieces each
- Rum – 2 Tablespoon
- Sugar – 8 Tablespoon
- Butter – 100gms
- Vanilla ice cream
Method
Heat butter in a pan. Add the bananas and sugar and stir till sugar dissolves. Heat rum in a ladle, light it and pour over the bananas. Serve hot with ice cream.
