Flambe Bananas

Flambe Bananas by Lisa Anand


  1. Bananas – 10, cut into 2 pieces each
  2. Rum – 2 Tablespoon
  3. Sugar – 8 Tablespoon
  4. Butter – 100gms
  5. Vanilla ice cream


Heat butter in a pan. Add the bananas and sugar and stir till sugar dissolves. Heat rum in a ladle, light it and pour over the bananas. Serve hot with ice cream.
