Mango Cocktail: Aam Jaam

Aam Jaam: Gin Base

Ingredients: For 1 serving.

25 ml Gin

25 ml Aam Panna

25 ml Lemon Squash

½ Teaspoon Green Coriander Chutney

50 ml Soda

Crushed Ice

Method:

Mix the aam panna, lemon squash and coriander chutney. This forms the base for the cocktail. Add the gin and pour over crushed ice. And the soda, stir and serve with a garnish of lemon or a slice of raw mango or a sprig of green coriander. You can serve this without the alcohol for the teetotalers.
