- Ripe Mango – 1, peeled, seeded and chopped
- Juice of one lime
- Sugar Syrup – 1 Teaspoon
- Triple Sec – 1 Tablespoon
- White Rum – 3/4 Cup
- Min leaves and lemon for garnish
- Crushed Ice
Place the mango, lime juice, sugar syrup and rum in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
