Mango Drink:Mango Daiquiri


  1. Ripe Mango – 1, peeled, seeded and chopped
  2. Juice of one lime
  3. Sugar Syrup – 1 Teaspoon
  4. Triple Sec – 1 Tablespoon
  5. White Rum – 3/4 Cup
  6. Min leaves and lemon for garnish
  7. Crushed Ice


Place the mango, lime juice, sugar syrup and rum in a blender and process until smooth.

Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
