- Pulp of Raw Mango – 1 Cup (Peel raw mangoes, remove the kernel and boil in water. When soft puree in a blender)
- Castor Sugar – 6 Tablespoons or to taste
- Chilled Skimmed Milk – 2 Cups
Mix the sugar into the mango puree. Add a tablespoon of the mixture to half a cup of chilled mix for a thick pouring consistency. Pour over lots of ice and serve. Make it thinner with more milk if you want it lighter. Here is your delicious Mango drink: Mango Cooler!
