Masala Peanuts

Masala Peanuts by Bubbles Saighal


  1. Peanuts – 200 gms
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Lemon Juice – 1 Teaspoon

Finely chopped

  1. Onions – 2 Tablespoons
  2. Green Chillies – 1 Teaspoon
  3. Coriander – 1 Teaspoon
  4. Tomato – 1 Tablespoon (optional)


Dry roast peanuts in a karahi. Cool slightly.

Mix the chopped ingredients and lemon juice with the peanuts.

Serve hot or cold.
