Melon and Cucumber Salad with White Wine Dressing

Ingredients

1. Cucumbers – 2, unpeeled and sliced thinly
2. Musk Melon – 1, peeled and cut in 1 inch pieces

Method

Arrange the cucumber and musk melon on a platter.  Spoon the white Wine Dressing over the salad and chill for about 25 minutes before serving.

White Wine Dressing

1. White Wine – 4 Tablespoons
2. White Wine Vinegar – 1 Teaspoon
3. Salt – to taste
4. Pepper – to taste
5. Sugar – 1 Teaspoon

Method

Mix all the ingredients, adjust seasoning and chill.
