Mooli Raita by Anand Caterers Pvt. Ltd

Ingredients:

  1. White Radish (mooli) – 1, grated
  2. Walnuts – 10, chopped
  3. Hung curd – 5 Tablespoons (Hung curd is normal curd that has been removed of all the water content)
  4. Green chilli – 1, chopped fine
  5. Coriander leaves – 1 Teaspoon, chopped fine
  6. Salt to taste

Method:

Grate the radish and squeeze it lightly to remove the excess water. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Store it in the fridge. Serve the chutney chilled.
