Mutton Alu Bukhara

Mutton Alu Bukhara by Anand Caterers Pvt. Ltd

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton – 1Kg
  2. Dried plum – 500gm
  3. Oil – 1/2 cup
  4. Red chili powder – 2Tablespoon
  5. Crushed black pepper – 2 Teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric – 1 Teaspoon
  8. Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
  9. Tomatoes – 6, chopped
  10. Ginger, garlic paste – 4 Tablespoons

Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic paste and mutton. Brown well till the mutton turns a golden brown. Now add the red chili powder, salt, turmeric and water to cover the mutton. Cover and cook on a low flame for about 20 – 25 minutes, till the mutton is tender. Remove the lid, add the dry plums, black pepper, garam masala powder and tomatoes. Brown well on a high flame till the water dries. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
