Mutton Alu Bukhara by Anand Caterers Pvt. Ltd
Ingredients:
- Mutton-1Kg
- Dried plum-500gm
- Oil-1/2 cup
- Red chili powder- 2Tablespoon
- Crushed black pepper-2 Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric-1 Teaspoon
- Garam Masala -1 Teaspoon
- Tomatoes- 6, chopped
- Ginger, garlic paste- 4 Tablespoons
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic paste and mutton. Brown well till the mutton turns a golden brown. Now add the red chili powder, salt, turmeric and water to cover the mutton. Cover and cook on a low flame for about 20 – 25 minutes, till the mutton is tender. Remove the lid, add the dry plums, black pepper, garam masala powder and tomatoes. Brown well on a high flame till the water dries. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
