Ingredients For 1 Serving

Vodka – 30ml

Orange Liqueur – 10ml

Aniseed – 1 Teaspoon or 10 ml Aniseed Liquer

Blue Curacao – 10ml

Lemon Juice – 10ml

Ice – Crushed

Lemon Slice – To Garnish

Method

Soak the aniseed in the vodka for 1 hour and strain or mix the aniseed liquer with the other ingredients. Mix and shake all the ingredients together with ice, strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
