Paneer with Onions and Capsicum by Bubbles Saighal
Ingredients
- Paneer – 1/2 Kg cut in 1 inch cubes
- Onions – 4, cut in wedges
- Capsicum – 1, cut in small pieces
- Haldi – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 Tablespoon
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and saute light brown. Add the capsicum and all the seasoning and stir well. Add the paneer and sauté till light brown. Serve hot.
