Paneer with Onions and Capsicum by Bubbles Saighal

Ingredients

  1. Paneer – 1/2 Kg cut in 1 inch cubes
  2. Onions – 4, cut in wedges
  3. Capsicum – 1, cut in small pieces
  4. Haldi – 1/2 Teaspoon
  5. Garam Masala Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  6. Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Oil – 1 Tablespoon

Method

Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and saute light brown. Add the capsicum and all the seasoning and stir well. Add the paneer and sauté till light brown. Serve hot.
