1. Toor Dal – 1/2 Cup
  2. Haldi – 1/2 Teaspoon
  3. Salt – to taste


Wash the dal. Add enough water to cover the dal. Add haldi and salt and pressure cook till there is one whistle. Mash and mix it well together. Serve with rice and ghee.
