Sautéed Cauliflower

  1. Cauliflower – 1 Kg, broken into florets
  2. Oil – 2 Tablespoon
  3. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
  4. Cumin Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  5. Green Chilli – 4 chopped
  6. Salt – to taste


Wash the cauliflower in salt water. Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin seeds and the green chillies. Once they turn colour add the cauliflower, turmeric and salt. Saute, add a little water and cover. Simmer on low flame till soft.
