- Shrimp – 1 kg, shelled and deveined
- Olive oil – 1 Tablespoon
- Lemon juice – 2 Tablespoon
- Onions – 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
- Garlic – ½ Tablespoon, finely chopped
- Coriander – 1 ½ Tablespoon finely chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Baguette – cut into small pieces
Method
Boil prawns in water till they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain, then marinate in the ingredients listed. Serve with baguette.
